Would it be possible to add FLTK & FLTK4Lua?

Configuring FLTK and FLTK4Lua in Windows is way more complicated than doing the same for Mac OS and Linux. It would be awesome if it were possible to do this on Windows, as it is IMHO a better option than IUP (given IUP don't run correctly on Mac OS).
