Remove qseq tasks

Maybe we could remove the qseq tasks for raw Illumina conversion, they are not needed anymore with latest Casava, is this correct?

Correct but maybe other people are using an older version of the software. We could tag it as deprecated, do you like this idea?

Sounds good. We can then remove those tasks in the future...
