This is, currently, a FreeIPA limitation. Until it is modified in FreeIPA we cannot change the behavior from ansible-freeipa side.

With ansible-freipa it is not possible, as of now. You may try the [Certificate Linux System Role], but I'm not sure it does what you want.
This is a known bug, that will take some time to be fixed due to the way AD users are handled in FreeIPA.
