Can't get Resolute to run

When I try to run this, I get an error stating that there is an error is resolute\processing\32\Stroke.ani and the program comes up but the GUI is pretty much just blank and unusable. I tried running this as administrator with the same result. I'm using win 11

That error means the supporting files (ex. Stroke.ani) are not in the Resolute directory.

I'm not sure what directory that would be, the file was just that, a file to download and run. I'm completely lost. Sorry.
