全新安装未做任何其他配置。

看 行列 光标位置。 到光标位置后 下面的地方都不能点击 让光标去下面 或者 键盘 或者 page down 只有鼠标滚轮才能用。

Could you please try with the latest "BETA PortableApps" version, see 1st list in issue #1129.

"Notepad3Portable BETA PortableApps" version can be used with or without ".7z" extension.

I see you are using the x86 version, is there a reason you are not using the x64 version? 🤔
