Bug reproductible in "Save Notepad3.ini" file

Hello @RaiKoHoff ,

I just discoverer a bug reproductible in "Save Notepad3.ini":

• Open "Notepad3.ini" (Ctrl+F7)
• Do some changes
• Here, if you just exit, NO problem 👍
• But instead to quit, if you SAVE the changes (with the icon "Save" or (Ctrl+S)) you receive the dialog box (Nr_1).

• Here answer "Yes" and you receive an ERROR dialog box (Nr_2), with "Notepad3.ini" not found. 🤔

• Again answer "Yes" and you receive another ERROR dialog box (Nr _3),

This issue is started with Notepad3 6.24.522.1 rc3
