I am seeing this as well on Windows 10 Professional 22H2 (19045.5011).

I advise you to try with the latest version of Notepad3 RC3 (Release Candidate 3).

So feel free to use the latest "RC3 PortableApps", version "Notepad3Portable_6.24.828.1_rc3.paf" or newer, see the 1st list in issue #1129. Or feel free to use the latest "RC3 Setup", version "Notepad3_6.24.828.1_rc3_Setup" or newer, see the 2nd list in issue #1129.
