[FR] support customize plugins

Notepad 3 is my favorite editor for small text files. I'm really looking forward to the plugin feature that user can write some customize plugins with nodeJs or python etc which can handle standard input and output.

Look towards, because notepadN series is not about plugins, it's about speed and essential basic functionalities (which don't exist in notepad.exe).

Sublime Text editor is the one you want, has community addons, fully customizable, but still fast. Or Notepad++ if you want free.
