It seems to be a small inconsistency in the Selection and Convert menus.

• In absence of selection, I suggest that all the lines of these menus be grayed out. 🤔

Hello @RaiKoHoff , I suggest adding the same behavior to "Modify Lines..." as "Sort Lines..."

Currently if no selection, "Modify Lines..." modifies ONLY the first line. I suggest, like "Sort Lines...", to enable "Modify Lines..." for the whole document if no selection is active. 🤔
