would like to add a switch！！！
The following warning pop-up window, I hope to add a switch that can be turned off in the options, so that it is more user-friendly and gives you a choice.

PS: Since on this subject, I actually think adding Document read only mode should not have been added at all, NP3 is an editor, not really a document viewer, and then tying it with read only mode I doubt is desired/expected by most people, but this is just my opinion.

Hello @jupester , I think next beta will address this issue: "Decouple read-only file attribute from read-only document view mode (PR #4139)"
Users who use Notepad3 are all using the windows operating system. Notepad in windows is by default: in read-only state, editing and pasting operations can be performed without popping up warnings. I'm not saying it's bad now, but I hope to add a switch to be more flexible and allow users to choose whether to open and close this warning popup. Now this popup is annoying, it pops up every time I reopen a read-only file for editing. You have to click ok to ignore it once, which affects work efficiency. For many things, when operating the executable file, it is best to be consistent with the Microsoft Windows system.

Feel free to test the "BETA/RC PortableApps", version "Notepad3Portable_5.22.830.1_beta.paf" or newer, see 1st list in issue #1129.
"Notepad3Portable BETA/RC PortableApps" version can be used with or without ".7z" extension.
Also, feel free to test the "BETA/RC Setup", version "Notepad3_5.22.830.1_beta_Setup" or newer, see the 2nd list in issue #1129.
