Has it stopped updating? ? ?
The beta version has not been updated for nearly three months, let alone the stable version, it seems that the update is stopped! Ladies and gentlemen, let's use Notepad2. Just updated Notepad2_4.22.07.4278. In some ways, Notepad2 crushes Notepad3!
I don't know for sure, but I think the slowing development cadence is a result of the current geopolitical climate originating in eastern Europe.
Me, I'm perfectly happy continuing to use Notepad3 5.22.502.1 beta in the meantime. Yes, it still has a few wrinkles but I just love it (and I've invested a fair amount of time in helping out the project 😄)
I do keep my eye on a few other text editors, including zufuliu's fork (which is great, the developer is very helpful, even with helping Notepad3). That's the beauty of open source at its best.

The Notepad3 project is "on hold" 😢 because "RaiKoHoff" has suspended its development to devote all his free time to Ukrainian refugees in Germany!
I hope it's only for a short time and he'll be back soon? 🤔
