Launch new window with same file

Hello author. I installed RELEASE_5.21.1129.1,I have 2 problems to solve.

  1. I have read readme.md and #611, I try to modify WebTemplate1=https://google.com/search?q=%s，WebTemplate2=https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?search=%s，filebrowser.exe=minipath.exe，FileLoadWarningMB=4 in noteapd3.ini.I found that they did not take effect, and I don't know if modifying others will take effect.

  2. I want "new" to open a whole new window (alt+n) instead of overwriting the original one, how to change it?

Point 1: it works only if you "uncomment" the line (by removing the ";") 🤔

Duplicate Instance is only active, if you allow it (disable Only One Instance per File): image

point 3: What is the “Docs” folder in the installation directory? Can it be deleted?

@bai12123 , The "Docs" folder can be safely deleted, it only contains "Documentation files" (read me, licenses, user guide, changelogs, etc...) not essential for Notepad3 to work . 👍

Feel free to test the "BETA/RC PortableApps", version "Notepad3Portable_6.23.707.1_beta.paf" or newer, see in issue #1129.

"Notepad3Portable BETA/RC PortableApps" version can be used with or without ".7z" extension.

Also, feel free to test the "BETA/RC Setup", version "Notepad3_6.23.707.1_beta_Setup" or newer, see the 2nd list in issue #1129.
