When set to [Read Only File Attribute], no characters can be entered and cannot be edited. What are you doing, isn't this negative optimization? Since Notepad3Portable_5.22.212.1_beta.paf.exe has this problem, the previous version has no problem!

Just uncheck Document Read Only to be able to edit the document. 🤔
I don't think it's as convenient as before. I don't know what other people think. I just watched Notepad2_zh-Hans_x64_v4.22.03r4130, and it can be edited after setting the read-only attribute.
If I don't restore the previous version, which can be edited in read-only state, I plan to use this version of Notepad3Portable_5.22.211.1_beta permanently and will not update it again. If it can't be used normally, I can only use Notepad2.

This automatic coupling of Read Only File Attribute with Document Read Only is not in my favor either... 🤔 😬

- toggle File->Read Only File Attribute will toggle View->Document Read Only switch too
- toggling View->Document Read Only does not change File->Read Only File Attribute

Feel free to test the "BETA/RC PortableApps", version "Notepad3Portable_5.22.830.1_beta.paf" or newer, see 1st list in issue #1129.
"Notepad3Portable BETA/RC PortableApps" version can be used with or without ".7z" extension.
Also, feel free to test the "BETA/RC Setup", version "Notepad3_5.22.830.1_beta_Setup" or newer, see the 2nd list in issue #1129.
