Bookmarks: deletion on line removes bookmark
When a line has a bookmark, deleting anything from the line by using either the Backspace or the Delete key results in the bookmark being removed. The bookmark is not removed when cutting a portion of text from the line, e.g. via Ctrl+X or Edit -> Cut.
This occurs in the latest beta (5.22.502.1 beta), right back to the oldest version I still have around (5.21.301.1 beta), and many versions in between (perhaps all).
This does not occur with Notepad2-mod 4.2.25.998 or Notepad2-zufuliu 4.22.05r4220, other Notepad2 derivatives that have implemented the Bookmarks feature.
Notwithstanding some design decision I'm not aware of, I believe this is a bug.
Animation below, using Notepad3 5.22.502.1 beta, where I:
- Bookmark three lines
- Add text to the second bookmarked line (the bookmark remains)
- Delete text from the third bookmarked line using the
Backspacekey (the bookmark is removed) - Delete text from the first bookmarked line using the
Deletekey (the bookmark is removed)

I confirm, until "Notepad3_5.20.1012.1_beta", this problem does NOT occur. 👍
This seems to be a very old bug that started from version "Notepad3_5.20.1012.2_beta". 😬
[1012.2]- Disable Copy/Cut complete lines on partial multi-selection.
