winget doesn't autoupdate, it also needs to be listed in the windows store.

It got deleted too https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/commit/8279f95d7a011195b63bc0a235f24cf5062963dc I guess winget.run still has the old list of apps.

To answer to issue: #4197, in GitHub tab Release, I've removed the "Setup Zip" files and added the latest "Setup Exe" files:

• Notepad3_5.21.1129.1_Setup.exe
• Notepad3_5.21.1129.1_x86_Setup.exe
