Unable to train the input video

I have one input video , I am unable to decide some of the train parameters value for my custom video which have lipmoment to say "Hi" , I believe in train.py when we are calling the train function the training parameter value may vary as per our number of training videos.

i.e Suppose I have one input video what is the value do i need to pass for the below parameter when we are calling the train function in train.py ? 1 )start_epoch 2) stop_epoch
3) minibatch_size, 4) absolute_max_string_len
