train.py and predict.py have different result help please

sorry for my english skill we have problem with predict.py. We train with overlapped_speakers and train is over epoch 500. Truth and Decoded are same. But predict result is weird. For example Truth and Decoded are bin blue at f nine soon. But predict.py result is bbbfffffaaaaaa. Help please :(

hi i need help in running this code. i have installed all the dependencies but still it is giving errors. are you successful in running this code?
