Combobox for input in debugger contain incorrect current selected.

Describe the bug

If change the cutter language rather than English the Console input switch will no longer working. like the image, It should not compare the current Text as current selected

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. switch cutter to other language than English
2. debug any program by using cutter with scanf
3. execute until scanf execute
4. try to input number.
5. you will see unable to input for program
