I'm not quite sure what you mean by "removing proposals" - do you mean from a reviewer's assignments? I would assume that that would be a big increase in implementation...

I think you're trying to solve a different issue than this ticket is about – this is trying to solve actual assignments, where you care that this particular reviewer should...

You can be reassured on that count – you can already upload a file containing the mappings between reviewers and proposals to perform bulk assignments.
