Chore: Update README on v0.2

• [x] Add a link to the removed instructions in their separated branches v0.0 and v0.1
• [x] Write minimal set of steps to have Svench installed with its defaults and a single component shown
• [ ] Add the customization details into an "Advanced" section (possibly a different linked document)
• [ ] Add link to a live demo version
• [ ] Add link to the Svench-docs
