[FEATURE REQUEST] Polling rate addition

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes, I need to press a macro multiple times in a given second to get the desired output. Deckboard lines up the actions and sends them at a slower, predictable rate that hinders the output.

Describe the solution you'd like A configurable integer polling rate to allow for quick presses of a macro.
