[FEATURE REQUEST] OBS Replay Buffer Buttons

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Whenever I try to clip using OBS, I have to use a keyboard shortcut, and that forces the game to tab out, which is a major inconvenience.

Describe the solution you'd like The solution that I would like is a dedicated button similar to the streaming control, which allows you to turn the replay buffer on and off, and also another one that lets you actually clip.

Describe alternatives you've considered I have tried using a keyboard shortcut, but as stated above, it forces my game to tab out which is extremely inconvient.
