Javascript Error about Voicemeeter

I do not have Voicemeeter or your ext for voicemeeter installed. On launch I get this error.

I attempted to install the ext, so I could then uninstall it. It downloads, requests that I restart, throws the same erros, and shows that the ext is not installed.
