[BUG]-_ and =+ Keys

The -_ key only enters - in Type Text, Keyboard Macro, and Advanced Keyboard Macro. The =+ key only enters = in Type Text and + in Keyboard Macro and Advanced Keyboard Macro. Shift does not change the output of those macros.

I also have this issue with a number of characters that are accessed using shift.

Currently using the 'Commands' extension along with xdotool type "..." as a workaround (on linux).
