Bring Deckboard to Foreground When Clicking the Shortcut + Custom Shortcut Option

Currently, when Deckboard is running in the background (minimized to the system tray), clicking its shortcut does not bring the application back to the foreground. Instead, users have to manually reopen it by accessing the system tray notifications.

Requested Behavior:

When Deckboard is already running in the background and the user clicks its shortcut (e.g., from the Start Menu, Desktop, or Taskbar), the application should immediately restore and appear in the foreground, just as if it were launched anew. Additionally, I would like the option to assign a custom keyboard shortcut to bring Deckboard to the foreground instantly. This would improve accessibility and usability, making it easier to quickly access the config of deck in order to add or edit some shortscuts. I think that by resolving the desktop short I could made that by the runProgram that already has in the program.
