[FEATURE REQUEST] Button activated indicator

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes it can be difficult to know whether a button has been pressed when using the touch screen.

Describe the solution you'd like I suggest adding some animation or sound to indicate which button has been pressed. I use the tool from a raspberry touch screen connected to the pc, and sometimes it is difficult to know if the button has been pressed.
