markdown support?

embed.js have markdown support. is there any way to use markdown with ngEmbed?

Currently there is not. I am planning to rewrite this in Angular 2. Then this will also have that but it won't be hard to add markdown support to this. Would you like to send a PR ? Are you using the plugin only for markdown support ?
