In App-Update and changelog screen

Implement an In-App Update tool since this app can never be published on the Play Store due to covid related restrictions. Please discuss this before implementing it. We publish releases on Github so if you have a solution via which a user can get a pop-up once it is released here. Feel free to take up this ticket.

As of now, I've not been able to think of an optimal way. Maybe there might be a way via GitHub API, but not sure.
