running into problems trying to compile the code

I wanted to look into this project and see if I could use it as a base and build up from but I have been lost trying to compile the code, in here I have attached a doc of my step-by-step going through the start-up guided with screenshots of the output I would get. any help would be appreciated. starting up virtual assistant errors and problems.pdf
