Add feature for comets detection and also add training data for it.

Hey @ritwik12 I'm thinking of collecting images for comets. Also why isn't the moon there?

@varunpusarla We don't have any data for Coments and we need code change too. That PR was never merged. Feel free to take this and you can take help from the code base and #32 to start with.
