Current behavior

I was looking for an option to not inject the live reload code into certain html files. I thought the ignoreFiles list would be the right thing, but that appears to only ignore file changes.

Expected behavior

I wish there was an option to provide a list of HTML files per-project that tells the server not to inject the live reload code into those files.
