CMD+L just stopped working
Issue Type: Bug
Latest release (1.60) of VSCode just broke CMD+L (expand line selection shortcut) I believe this is VSCode's fault because this is just worked before and now it waits for pressing another command instead (chord key)
My suggestion is to remove cmd+L default keybindings. This is very important command/keybinding

oh, this extension is abandoned. now using Live Preview instead. and didn't notice Five Server fork earlier
I have this same issue on mac in 2022. Extension has no notification that it is abandoned or deprecated.
Had to disable this extension b/c of this. Is there a way to fix this so I can re-enable?
