Once I had completed my HTML I clicked on Go Live but my Chrome it's showing this page isn't working please help me out

I believe the developer unfortunately died. the last commit for his previous work (live server) was 2 years ago. And for this one, 5 years ago.

If he's not dead, he would've atleast telling people that he need someone to maintained it.
