Feature Request: Addition of the Installation Document

Many users are asking regarding how to install the LiveServer++ in their system. Some users are experienced so they can easily install the extension while some are new comers. So kindly grant me this opportunity to update the ReadMe with the Installation Guideline with the images illustrating all the steps along with the theory.
