Live Server 5.6.1 extension not working

Installed Live Server no longer available to view page *icon "Go Live" is NOT visible on the status bar to get a preview

Any suggestion or help to troubleshoot this issue

If you're filetype is not html or html the button will not be displayed. Use the command palette to run "Live server: start live server".

It's in the documentation as well.
