Live Server is not working with laragon and WAMP

I have configured live server chrome extension but it still lists the content of my project's workspace, this a screenshot of the extension configuration:

You should not visit the "Live Server Address". Instead visit the "Actual Server Address" and it should work.

When I right click on a file and Open with Live Server it opens a new chrome page with the live server address and /whatever html file I've just opened. Also using WAMP. Oddly enough the page loads under that but it won't update once I've saved, still have to do it manually.
