Installation instruction doesn't work.

Hello, I wanted to try your project. But it seems that the installation instruction is obsolete.

Particularly, webpack --config webpack.config.js command gives me such npm errors:

Fluent inspection of logs and googling didn't help me, I don't have an idea what to do.

It looks like your global webpack version is higher than in the project
