SSH key instructions for Windows

In http://ritazh.github.io/devopsfun/deploying-app/ the instructions for adding the SSH key for windows before pushing to dokku suggests using a command prompt window. It didn't work for me and it was easier to use git bash on windows and add the keys before pushing to dokku
