Hide deprecated values by default

When browsing authorities with deprecated values, these should be hidden by default. This means we should have an additional filter for showing them if desired. Maybe the filter should be made visible to editors only.

where we are with that? I'd like to remove these records from indexing etc., and probably using "decprecated" in wf_stage was the first step in this direction. Can we move on?
