595 in wrong template

This is closely related to #1367: Due to superseded cataloging guidelines, ca. 600 records have 595 (role names) in templates that do not allow it today (usually, if not always, COL). A handful might disappear once https://github.com/rism-international/tasks/issues/940 is implemented.

@xhero will add the records from this error to the exclusion list.
