Template change should apply correct 593

When we use the template switch mechanism from the Sources/Batch Actions menu, the 593 stays the same. The 593$b should change to match the template. I can't test all possible combinations but I note it happens when going from: EDT to either LED or TED SUB to LEC or TEC

The holdings sould also be adjusted as well: see https://muscat.rism.info/admin/sources/1000000667 which is now a printed treatise, but all the holdings are still "Notated music".
