Prints missing 588$a

As of March 2023, 93,000 prints lack a 588 (Copy examined for cataloging). Most of these are from imported A/I records, but the rest are native Muscat records where we know the record owner. We cannot add a 588 to the A/I imported records, but we can for the Muscat records: there are ca. 4,000 of these, most of which (3,300) have only one holding library.

• [x] @xhero will exclude the A/I prints from the error report based on: creation date 2016-11-11, 001 starts with 99
• [x] For the 3,300 prints with Muscat numbers and only one holding library (cf. spreadsheet "588 only one holding") @HirschSt will add 588 based on the 852$a and 852$c in the holdings.
• [ ] For the ca. 600 prints with Muscat numbers but multiple holdings (cf. spreadsheet "588 more than 1 hold") , @xhero will create a spreadsheet that includes the record owner.
