Not All Cookies Being Displayed

Loving the project mate. Looks like I'm getting mixed results because some cookies are not being displayed. I fire up command prompt in Win7 and output the text into a file. The cookies saved do not include domains I know I fancy. For example, no google.com domain cookies are included.

Am I messing up?
