RecalculateStatsAPI Suggestion: AttackSpeedReductionMultAdd field

Would be nice if there was an AttackSpeedReductionMultAdd field for reducing attack speed, to mirror MoveSpeedReductionMultAdd.

I am not saying we shouldn't have this, but the move speed reduction field is vanilla. Adding logic for this will weaken our ability to survive updates.
