Document how to deploy RisingWave standalone instance with local disk

Some users prefer to use RisingWave without shared storage (S3)

We won't do much for their request, but here seems to be a low-hanging fruit - standalone cluster + local disk + local embedded compactor

Let's document this and see whether users like it.
