Added folder Backtracking problems and added a simple problem in it
Added a folder named 'Backtracking problems' and added one introducing problem on backtracking in it with the problem description inside the .cpp file. It is a very good problem for understanding the concept of recursion&backtracking. The solution is also on competitive programming approach and is unique. Please accept my change it is a good one.
