Add slarm64 project to RISC-V software list

Hi @sndwvs - I assume this is Slackware, can you say how it differs form the entry we have? Do you have a source repo link? The links you provided are not really very typical for our list, we'd prefer a GH repo with a README.

Hi @mgielda - Yes, this is an unofficial Slackware port, the only difference is current, version 14.2 on your list. The links were chosen based on the records of previous distributions. If that doesn't work, let's leave it on until the porting gets its final look.

Hi @mgielda - the project is developing, the current state, most of the packages have been collected 1035 versus 1543 ChangeLog.txt rootfs slarm64 for aarch64 architecture.
