Added the meta-java layer and its dependencies (meta-openembedded/meta-oe) as submodules tagged at a specific commit. Added patches for libffi-3.1, glib-2.0, and OpenJDK to have HotSpot running with the Zero VM. OpenJDK 7 builds successfully, sans a minor issue with freetype.

I am very interested in this pull request. We need a JVM that runs on RISC-V, as a community, in order to bring RISC-V into the mainstream.

Is this a port of a JVM, to make it target RISC-V?
