remove leading spaces in code block
I find some code blocks have 1 leading space. But some code blocks have 2, 3 or 4 leading spaces. It is very annoyed when copy & paste the instructions.
Because the spec does not define how many leading spaces should be in code blocks, this pull request will remove all leading space for consistency. We can add spaces if we have a rule in the future.
