typo on chapter 33.7 RVB (Bitmanip)

currently in 1.0.1 The Zbkb, Zbkx and Zbkx extensions are included in their entirety.

I assume it should be: The Zbkb, Zbkx and Zbkc extensions are included in their entirety.

Note that I don't believe this was ever fixed and it therefore made it into the riscv-isa-manual at time of integration. The text post integration reads: "The Bit-manipulation for Cryptography, Crossbar permutations and Crossbar permutations extensions are included in their entirety." As you can see, Crossbar permutations is duplicated. This is in 33.7 in the RVB (Bitmanip) section. Note that Zbkc is "Carry-less multiplication for Cryptography".

Therefore the fixed text should read "The Bit-manipulation for Cryptography, Crossbar permutations and Carry-less multiplication for Cryptography extensions are included in their entirety."
